UW-La Crosse is seeking an Associate Director for Residential Facilities to join the Residence Life Department, under the Student Division. This position will provide leadership to a successful and expanding housing facilities operation. The Associate Director for Residential Facilities is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the building operations and maintaining high standards for the physical conditions in the residence halls. The Associate Director for Residential Facilities is responsible for the comprehensive management of 10 residence hall and apartment buildings. Successful candidates will have experience either in facilities management or campus housing operations, and will be ready to learn, supervise, and manage the residential facilities systems and custodial operations at UWL.
