ONC BOCES is currently accepting applications for the following position: Network Administrator - Anticipated Ful Time, 12M civil service position.

Salary: 12-month, Non-Unit Support, Competitive Class, position providing technology services to ONC BOCES component school districts.

Minimum Qualifications: (A) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer technology, data processing, management information systems, information resource management, or a closely related field AND four (4) years of experience involving the installation of micro-computer hardware and software, and the configuration and administration of local- and wide-area networks; OR (B) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associate's Degree in computer science, computer technology, data processing, management information systems, information resource management, or a closely related field AND six (6) years of experience, as outlined in (A) above; OR (C) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND eight (8) years of experience, as outlined in (A) above; OR (D) An equivalent combination of training and experience, as defined by the limits of (A) through (C) above. Possession of an appropriate, valid license by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles at time of appointment and must maintain throughout the appointment. $65,000 - $70,000
