RATE OF PAY: Based on Experience and Education

SUMMARY:
Responsible for administration and management of all aspects of the El Grito Inc. program in accordance with federal performance standards and state regulations. Supervision and Management of multiple programs throughout Grant County. The Director will represent the agency in local, regional, and national levels.
QUALIFACATIONS:
Master’s Degree preferred or a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Public Administration, Human Resources, Business/Finance, or one of the Social Sciences. At least two years professional experience in program operations, management, and grant writing. Experience working for a non-profit preferred. Applicant must be willing to obtain Criminal Record Check, First Aid /CPR certification and a Physical Examination.
