Under the supervision of a designated supervisor, the Enrollment Services Specialist is responsible for assisting the admissions team with efforts to recruit prospective students. Must provide excellent communication to guide and support prospective students through the admissions process using both face-to-face and digital communication methods. This position reviews and processes admissions applications to ensure the application and related data is accurate and available to campuses in a timely manner. Also supports campus enrollment specialists by serving as a lead user of CRM Recruit, providing training and feedback on individual performance. View/download job description including hiring salary range: Enrollment Services Specialist Pre-requisites for Position (Qualifications Standards) Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position. Examples may include a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and two years related work experience; or, Associate’s Degree and three years related work experience, or High School Diploma/GED and four years related work experience or equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of the position. Knowledge of a variety of standard administrative and business methods and procedures; standard Microsoft Office software. Familiarity with other software such as CRM software is desirable. Ability to: read, write, speak, and understand English well; operate variety of office equipment; proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail; multi- task; meet deadlines; strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
