Coordinator of Facilities and Business Services
The College of Education is seeking a Coordinator of Facilities and Business Services to serve as the primary coordinator and financial administrator for all college level facilities projects, as well as to provide business office financial and administrative support within the Dean’s Business Office. Major responsibilities include serving as primary point of contact for construction and renovation projects, representing the College at Facilities Advisory Committee, Facilities Improvement Committee, & Academic Facilities Officers meetings, and disseminating information to the Assistant Dean for Finance & Administration. The incumbent will be the main contact with regards to all facilities management, police building security, and other University services related to building and equipment needs.
The Coordinator will be: the primary administrator of all facilities’ Kuali transactions, account monitoring and reconciliation; responsible for intake and disposition of properties for the Dean’s units to include capital and non-capital inventory, petty cash management, as well process travel requests and reimbursements in accordance with University policy and reconciles, reallocates, and approves monthly transactions in a timely manner.
