The City of Glenwood is seeking an energetic and innovative individual to manage and oversee all operations of the Glenwood Public Library.
This position performs professional, executive, and administrative duties necessary to manage day-to-day operations of the Glenwood Public Library.
Preferred qualifications include leadership and management skills, ability to perform direct and indirect supervision of employees. Ability and knowledge to manage financial budgets, administer operational policies. Possess advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and ability to use computer programs including Windows, Microsoft applications.
Pay for this position is dependent upon qualifications. The City of Glenwood offers employee benefits that include health, dental, and life insurance, a voluntary 457(b) deferred compensation plan, and membership in the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA).
