Early Head Start Teacher

Arkansas Early Learning is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher in Bryant, AR – Job duties include but are not limited to coordinating with other staff to develop learning experiences for children age birth to 2 years to advance the social, emotional, language, and physical development of children; Respond quickly to needs of infants and toddlers. Provide individualized lesson plans for each child, coordinate with other staff to implement daily activities and the general educational plan; Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment; Assist with serving meals and refreshments; Complete individual assessments and enter data regarding daily health assessments, feeding, and diapering into each child's electronic file; Conduct parent/teacher conferences.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and an Infant / Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate.

Alternative Requirements: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any field with an emphasis on Infant and Toddler Development. Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday – Friday Salary starting at $29,556.80/year.
